Rental Agreement
Effective Date: October 2025
1. Assumption of Risks & Waiver Reference
All renters and participants must read and sign the Discover EVO Comprehensive Liability Waiver before taking possession of any equipment.
Cycling and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including potential injury, property damage, or weather changes. By renting, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your safety.
2. Indemnification & Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Discover EVO, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the equipment or participation in activities.
3. Safety Equipment & Usage Requirements
- A certified bike helmet must be worn at all times.
- You agree to follow all provided safety instructions.
- Discover EVO reserves the right to refuse service if safety standards are not met.
4. Responsibility for Equipment
You are responsible for all equipment while in your possession.
Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at full replacement value.
Equipment must be returned clean, charged, and on time; late or cleaning fees may apply.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada.
6. Acknowledgment
By completing your rental, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies, this Agreement, and the Liability Waiver.
