All renters and participants must read and sign the Discover EVO Comprehensive Liability Waiver before taking possession of any equipment.
Cycling and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including potential injury, property damage, or weather changes. By renting, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Discover EVO, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the equipment or participation in activities.
You are responsible for all equipment while in your possession.
Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at full replacement value.
Equipment must be returned clean, charged, and on time; late or cleaning fees may apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada.
By completing your rental, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies, this Agreement, and the Liability Waiver.
