Terms of service

Full payment is required before bikes are released. Payment must be made online only. We accept all major credit cards.

A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at pickup. Terravia reserves the right to pre-authorize a security deposit on your card.

All renters must sign a liability waiver accepting full responsibility for the equipment.

• Renters under 18 require a parent or guardian’s consent.
• Damage, loss, or theft will be charged at full retail replacement value, including repair costs. Please treat all bikes with care to avoid additional fees.

• 48+ hours notice: full refund.
• 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours, or no-show: no refund.

Weather-related exceptions may result in rental credit at our discretion.

Terravia reserves the right to refuse a rental if it poses a risk to the renter, others, or our equipment. Reasons include intoxication, unsafe behaviour, or severe weather conditions.

• All participants 18+ must sign a waiver.
• Riders under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Helmets are mandatory.
• Riders must obey traffic laws and trail signage.

Rental time begins at the reserved start time. Late returns incur standard hourly fees unless delayed by unsafe conditions (as determined by Terravia).

After-hours pickups or returns must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges.

Delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee and must be arranged at the time of booking.
